Yes, a WiFi action camera can be used as a surveillance camera. With its ability to connect to a WiFi network, the camera can be accessed and controlled remotely, allowing for real-time monitoring of a specific area. Additionally, many action cameras have motion detection capabilities, which can trigger recording when movement is detected, making them suitable for surveillance purposes. However, it's important to note that action cameras may not have all the features of a dedicated surveillance camera, such as continuous recording or advanced security features. **

The 30 Mbit/s upload speed is likely determined by the internet service provider's network infrastructure and the specific service plan that is being offered. Upload speeds are often lower than download speeds because most internet users typically require faster download speeds for activities such as streaming, gaming, and browsing. Additionally, the infrastructure and technology used to deliver internet service may limit the maximum upload speeds that can be provided to customers. **

A connection with 30 Mbit/s means that data can be transferred at a rate of 30 megabits per second. This speed is considered to be fast and suitable for activities such as streaming HD videos, online gaming, and video conferencing. However, the actual speed experienced by users may vary depending on factors such as network congestion and the quality of the internet service provider. **

The upload speed of 30 Mbit/s is likely due to the limitations of the internet service plan or package that you have subscribed to. Internet service providers often offer different tiers of service with varying upload and download speeds, and the 30 Mbit/s upload speed may be the maximum available with your current plan. If you require faster upload speeds, you may need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or consider switching to a different provider that offers faster upload speeds. **
